I have worked as a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1989 and worked in both the private and public sector.
I have worked within the insurance industry for 8 years. When working with the public, I am keen to ensure they receive an honest, professional service and receive clear, accurate advice.
I have experienced surveying most residential property types, managed projects including new-build, refurbishments and planned maintenance. I am an experienced Party Wall surveyor and can prepare plans for extensions and alterations, planning (including listed buildings) and building regulation.
I pride myself on offering a friendly and reliable service, which will help clients through the exciting and challenging experience of property purchase. I will always offer impartial advice and recommendations, to enable you to be confident in your investment.

I liaise between the client, surveyor and the estate agent to arrange for the survey to take place. Your report will be prepared by myself and sent out by email.
